By accessing or using MakeMil''s website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
MakeMil provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management, SEO, social media marketing, web analytics, landing page design, and CRM automation.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, grant necessary access to platforms, respond to requests in a timely manner, and pay fees as agreed.
Monthly retainers are due at the beginning of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension. Fees exclude applicable taxes.
You retain ownership of your brand and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you own custom creative assets produced for your campaigns.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business strategies, financial information, and proprietary processes.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold MakeMil harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or violation of laws.
Engagement period is defined in your service agreement. After the initial period, either party may terminate with 30 days notice.
Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration under the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
